Our school holiday program started with three fire trucks and a visit from the @cfavic . You know, just a casual Monday. 🚒

From there the kids got stuck into pilates with @nasalita , basketball with @dleagueacademy , soccer with @fosters.performance.coaching , MMA with @jacobprosser_ and @evancouw , then strength and conditioning with @katecollinspt and @resiliencelifting

Some walked in shy. They walked out flexing for the camera. Look at these legends. 💚🥊
