Frequently Asked Questions
How do I refer a friend to Carbon Gym?
You can refer a friend by speaking to our staff at reception or via our online form at carbongym.com.au/refer-a-friend. Let us know at the point your mate signs up so we can match the referral to your name.
How much does the Carbon Gym referral program pay?
You earn between $50 and $100 per referral depending on the membership your friend signs up for. Active referrers can earn up to $1000 in total bonuses. Payouts go through as account credit or cash, your choice.
When does Carbon Gym pay out referral bonuses?
Once the new member has completed their 7-day cooling-off period, you can collect between $50 and $100 depending on the membership they signed up for. That cooling-off window protects both sides from bonuses going out on memberships that get cancelled.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No upper limit on referrals. You keep earning between $50 and $100 per mate who signs up and stays past the 7-day cooling-off period. Active referrers can stack earnings up to $1000 in bonuses.
Do referral bonuses expire?
Referrals don’t expire as long as we’re notified at the time your mate signs up. Tell our staff or add the referral through the form so we can link it to your account. Referrals we hear about after the fact can’t always be processed.
