Proud of the team at Grappling Industries. We had 8 athletes competing and every one of them showed incredible sportsmanship, effort and a great attitude throughout the day.

We had our fair share of wins and losses, but the most important thing is the experience gained and lessons learned, that’s how we keep improving.

A special shoutout to Murphy and Danny who both brought home gold medals, with Murphy also adding a silver to the collection. Awesome work from the whole team. Back to the gym to keep building. 🤼‍♂️💚

School holidays sorted. 💚
Carbon Gym is running a two-day holiday program for kids aged 8–16 and it`s everything we wish existed when we were growing up.

Thursday 9 April & Thursday 16 April
📍 Carbon Gym, North Geelong
🕙 10:00am – 3:00pm both days

Each day is packed with boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, basketball, pilates, strength training and soccer.
