Carbon Gym’s First BJJ Representatives Hit the Mat!
We’re thrilled to announce that Carbon Gym’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program will be proudly represented for the first time at the upcoming Savage Grappling Melbourne event! On December 1st, our very own River Campion and Alex Podolak will compete in the white belt division, showcasing the skills and dedication they’ve honed on the mats in Geelong.
Event Details
The Savage Grappling tournament will take place at:
Location: Monash University, Clayton Campus – Games Hall in Sports
Address: Wellington Rd, 42 Scenic Blvd, Clayton VIC 3800
Doors Open: 8:15 AM
Event Starts: 9:00 AM
This exciting event features a Round Robin Pool format, ensuring all competitors get 3 to 4 matches, making it an excellent opportunity for River and Alex to gain valuable experience. Matches follow a points system, keeping the action fair and engaging.
Spectator Tickets: Entry is just $10, so bring your friends and family to cheer on our athletes!
