A note from Jamie:

“For the last 4 years I have had the absolute privilege and pleasure to have trained 1000s of mums and been apart of their children’s lives here in Geelong. We’ve created a family and a community and in that I’ve been lucky enough to have found my passion with so many amazing people along the way through fitness, health and well-being.

Being a mum has been my biggest teaching in so many ways and all of us mums know….. it never ends. One thing and probably my biggest lesson so far is that when I, the mumma of the house is happy…. My whole house is happy! We play so many roles as a mum, a wife, a working parent and everything else and sometimes it’s easy to forget our main role, Ourselves. You. You are important and you matter. So very much.

I started this group as I was inspired by mums and women in every way, everyday. I wanted to create to platform for women and mums that were able to come together. I wanted a space for absolutely everyone! A space where it doesn’t matter the fitness level. A space where it doesn’t matter if we rock up with our shirt inside out, running on no sleep and way too much caffeine. A space where there is no judgement but a whole heap of support for simply being in the mum life and crew. A space where we could just be. A space where mums can just come and move their bodies or get out of the house and just have an hour that is theirs. A space that helps with fitness, mental health and feeling well.

This group is so much more than a fitness group. We are a community of women who encourage each other when we need it most. Mum life can be tough but it’s also an absolutely amazing part of our lives.

In our little community we cherish the good days, ride the tough days and bond of the fact that we are all superhero’s in our our way. Toast in our hair and all. You are what makes this crew work and all you need to do is show up. The rest just happens. It’s all about you.”
