When you’re looking for more than just a place to workout and you’re seeking a little extra support on your health and fitness journey… our Foundation Adult Membership has you covered! For just $42 per week, you’ll have 24/7 access to all classes and gym equipment facilities at Carbon Express and Carbon Gym, plus our weekly timetabled classes. This means you can pop in anytime and use the gym, but you’ll also have access to a wide range of fitness classes and highly skilled professional trainers – including HIIT, Spin, S&C Circuits, Boxing, Muay Thai and more.
