Metafit Geelong- September Workout

Hi Guys! The new September workout ‘Body Drag’ will be on show this week at Geelong’s home of MetaFit, Main Event Fitness! This will run at our usual time of Tuesday & Thursday at 7am. As always casual sessions are available at just $10! Don’t know what MetaFit is? Check out our Metafit page for more info.

This workout has 3 rounds and a finisher. Each round has 4 exercises done individually 25 work and 12 rest, then done in pairs 25 seconds each pair with 15 rest and then finally all 4 exercises together 18 on each with no rest. Your 3 groups of 4 are below.

Borrower squat
Side Lunges
Sumo hold

Mountain Climber
Walk out press up
Plank rotation
Reverse Crab walk (NEW)

R3
Frog Jumps
Sprint
Explosive Jack
Skater

The Finisher
Floor 2 sky jumps starting with 20 seconds work, 10 rest and building through 25, 30 to 40 seconds work with only 10 rest between.
