MetaFit Geelong – January Workout
Hi Guys, The new January workout ‘Big Cheese’ will be on show this week at Geelong’s home of MetaFit, Main Event Fitness! This will run at our usual time of Tuesday & Thursday at 7am. Your BIG CHEESE exercises are as follows:
MATRIX 1
kneel ups
prisoner squats
pop-ups
180 press ups
MATRIX 2
borrower squats
frog jumps
agility sprint
in-out press ups
In between the 2 matrix’ there is a core round comprising of:
crucifix plank, hot hands and oblique squat thrusts
these exercises are performed back to back with no rest for 2 x 1min.
FINISHER
All 11 exercises done with 18secs work and only 5 rest 🙂
