MMA training at Carbon Gym Geelong covers the full spectrum of combat disciplines—boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and clinch work—integrated into a cohesive fighting system. Classes are structured to develop both striking and grappling skills, with sessions alternating between stand-up technique, ground work, transitions, and live drilling. Our coaches break down complex combinations and positions into manageable steps so athletes of all levels can progress safely and effectively.

Others use it as preparation for amateur or professional fights.
If you already train boxing, Muay Thai, or BJJ at Carbon Gym, MMA classes are a natural progression that ties your skills together and teaches you how to transition between striking and grappling.
