Ladies Striking at Carbon Gym Geelong is a women-only class combining boxing and kickboxing techniques in a supportive, high-energy environment. What Should I Bring to My First Class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a hair tie if needed. Carbon Gym has loaner gloves and wraps for new members, so you do not need to buy any equipment to try your first class. We also stock Carbon Boxing Gloves if you decide to get your own pair after your first few sessions.
