OUR FIRST NEWSLETTER
You asked for it so here it is our first of what will be a monthly newsletter aimed to bring you all the upcoming events and important information you need to know. As well as a variety of helpful information and tips about healthy living and fitness.
NEW OPENING HOURS
Members now have access from 3am-1am 7 days a week.
Staffed hours remain the same 4pm-8pm Monday-Thursday and 4pm-6pm Friday

9:00am Beginner boxing workshop
BEGINNER BOXING WORKSHOP
When: Friday January 26th
Time: 9:00am-10:00am
Cost: FREE
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has wanted to try boxing but not sure how to start or is intimidated trialing a regular class. In this workshop you will learn how to wrap your hands, hold pads and work with a partner as well as the basics of boxing. This is a free work shop, but places are strictly limited so make sure you secure your spot by emailing us at. info@etcgeelong.com
FOOD 4 YOU SEMINAR
Learn how to tailor your food to suit your goals, which foods are best for you and simple, quick nutrition tips for everyday life.

5 WEEK BOOTCAMP WITH JOHNNY AND DONNA
Donna and Johnny would love you to join their 5-week challenge running from Feb 1st to March 16th, and will have a nutrition seminar a week before we start.
