The March Metafit workout ‘Mayhem’ comes in at just over 23 minutes and has 12 exercises, use the exercises in your warm ups to show technique and any progressions/ regressions needed as there are some toughies in this here.
Remember, to add power and range of movement to make exercises harder, or in the case of core movements look for technique, stability and control. Remember we are a HIIT workout, so its flat out, no pacing.

Each round has 3 exercises, the first run through is a 20/10 work, rest on each of those 3, then its all 3 back to back for 15 seconds on each and finally the same 3 in a random work/ rest order with 25 seconds rest between rounds.
