Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu & Submission Grappling – Learn gi and no‑gi BJJ alongside submission‑grappling techniques. Build takedown skills, positional control and submissions in a safe, inclusive class suitable for all experience levels.

Boxing – Sharpen your striking and conditioning with authentic boxing training. Learn proper technique, footwork and combinations in a supportive environment.

Muay Thai (Beginners, Fundamentals & Intermediate) – Experience the art of eight limbs at your level. Start with fundamentals and progress through beginner to intermediate classes as your confidence grows.

MMA – Discover mixed martial arts: a blend of striking, wrestling and grappling to build a complete combat skill set. Designed for beginners through to competitors.

K‑1 Striking – A hybrid striking system that fuses Kyokushin karate stances with Muay Thai power and Dutch‑style kick‑boxing combinations. Develop strong fundamentals, powerful kicks and controlled sparring in a respectful, ego‑free environment.
