Muay Thai Fundamentals – Your Essential Introduction

This free/introductory session is designed to build your confidence before joining regular classes. You’ll learn stance, basic footwork, how to hold pads safely and essential movements such as jabs, crosses, elbows, knees and kicks. The focus is on correct technique and form.

Beginner Muay Thai – Build Your Foundation

Once you’ve completed the fundamentals session, progress to our beginner classes. These sessions cover all eight weapons of Muay Thai: punches, kicks, knees and elbows. You’ll develop proper footwork, learn how to hold and hit pads effectively and build a solid fitness base.

  • Beginner‑only environment so you never feel out of place.
  • Focus on drills and conditioning with no contact drills.

Intermediate Muay Thai – Advanced Combinations & Sparring

Designed for students who are comfortable with basic techniques, this class ramps up intensity. You’ll work on freestyle padwork, partner drills, clinch techniques and optional sparring. This stage develops your timing, balance and ability to link combinations seamlessly.

  • Focus on advanced striking combinations and counters.
  • Controlled sparring to apply what you’ve learned in a safe setting.
  • Ideal preparation for competition or simply improving fight IQ.

This is a class you will be invited to join once a trainer has assessed you.
