We thought we`d hand out a few stripes. Turns out half the gym was overdue, so we just went for it.

Gi, no-gi, white belts getting their first stripe, people getting caught up on where they should be. Today wasn`t about proving anything. You`ve already proved it on the mats.

Last night @_dakotacooper_ stepped into the ring for his first pro fight, backed by an incredible support crew.

He started a little slow but really found his rhythm in rounds 2 and 3, showing heart and a gas tank that didn`t quit. Unfortunately it wasn`t his night, but that`s the fight game.

With a few small tweaks, he`ll be back sharper, stronger, and ready to make the next opportunity!

Big congrats to everyone who levelled up today. Consistency and hard work pays off, and every one of you earned it.

Special shout out to Coach Jacob and Coach Russ for the teaching across both gi and no gi. Hours on the mats with this crew, it shows.
